Cancellation Policy

💼 Ktcskin Cancellation & No-Show Policy We value your time and appreciate your support of Ktcskin. To ensure smooth scheduling and respect for all clients and staff, the following policies apply: 🚨 Cancellation Policy • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. • Cancellations made within 24 hours will be subject to a 50% late cancellation fee charged to the card on file. ❌ No-Call / No-Show Policy • If you miss your appointment without contacting us, it will be considered a No-Call / No-Show. • No-call / no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. • After two no-shows, you may be required to prepay in full to book future appointments. 💳 Card on File Requirement • A valid card is required to book and hold all appointments. • Charges for late cancellations and no-shows will be processed automatically to the card on file. ⏰ Grace Period & Lateness • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. • Arriving later than 10 minutes may result in a rescheduled appointment and be considered a late cancellation. 💬 Communication is Key We understand that life happens!
